  • 1-2 years experience in advertising as a planner at a creative agency or on a creative brand<\/li>\n
  • Proven quantitative research experience and qualitative research experience (tracking studies, focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic research \u2013 any type of interviewing skills) with an ability to see and adapt insights<\/li>\n
  • Creative and\/or an appreciation for creativity, desire to be part of a creative environment and is excited about the creative process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Create inspiring, relevant creative briefs and translate insight into ideas and subsequent management of idea across all media<\/li>\n
    • Apply, develop and conduct different primary research techniques to garner and unearth insights that spark the creative process<\/li>\n
    • Execution of appropriate creative projects across media \u2013 brief writing to presentation<\/li>\n
    • Responsible for evaluating the effects of the campaign in the marketplace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Communication Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Clear written and verbal presentation skills and style<\/li>\n
      • Ability to present in a manner that influences and leads others around a great idea<\/li>\n
      • Ability to see, communicate and implement on brand level<\/li>\n
      • Ability to manage people and projects<\/li>\n
      • Able to communicate in a clear, coherent and professional manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
